Something I’ve been thinking about hosting for a while now. I’m just putting out feelers as I know it may be short notice for some. Dates I’m looking at are

September long weekend (first week)
Weekend of 18th or 25th September
1st weekend in October

This will include things such as

Soundhealing
Breathwork with reiki
Pizza, pamper & movie night
Delicious home made food
Sharing circles
Beach walks/sauna/sea dip
Somatic movement
Jounralling
Community & integration
Hot tub to use

Pricing ranging from approx £300-£350 for shared room
Private room £350-£400

Depending on 2 or 3 nights

Come join me for an afternoon of calm 🍃

We live such busy life’s running about from here to there, constantly in fight or flight never really slowing down and connecting to our body. So I invite you to come along for some time to yourself, leave feeling lighter more grounded & relaxed.

There will also be an option to add on a Sauna spot at the on sight after the event. This will be a cost of £15 so please let me know if you’d like to book a space for this. There is also a cold plunge and shower! It really is the perfect way to end a relaxing Sunday 💆🏽‍♀️

GROUP RESET 🧘🏽‍♀️🕯️

I speak to a lot of people who are interested in the work I do but are sometimes anxious to come into a group setting with people they don’t know or struggle to find a day or time that suits. This is why I am now offering your very own group reset sessions!

These sessions are booked in for a day & time that suits you best whether that’s through the day, an evening or even a weekend. These can be done with friends,family or if you want your more than welcome to come completely alone (discounted rate for solo sessions).

This is perfect for:

Girly nights in with your friends
Spending time with family
Birthdays or Pre wedding wind down

These will be available from my cosy treatment room in Peterhead but if you’d like to arrange for me to come to you for added relaxation & to accomodate more people just send me a DM to chat more about pricing.

These sessions are £100 for 2 hours which works out at only £25 each if there are 4 of you!

I know that for some people coming to a group session can be really daunting. So this is why I feel it’s important to create a safe space for people to come do the deeper work in more of a 1 on 1 setting. These sessions can be done in person (in my lovely room in Peterhead) or online!
