✨ CUPPING THERAPY — sometimes your body needs a different kind of release.

Tight muscles, stiffness, muscular discomfort or areas that simply feel overworked? Cupping can be a wonderful addition to your massage. 🌿

Using gentle vacuum, cupping may help increase local blood flow, ease muscular tension, support mobility and leave the body feeling lighter and more relaxed. We often combine it with Sports or Deep Tissue Massage when we feel a client may benefit from that extra support.

We’ve received quite a few questions about cupping marks, their different colours and what they mean, so we’ve put together this little guide for you. 🤍

The colour and intensity of the marks can vary from person to person and are usually temporary, gradually fading within a few days.

✨ At Dia Beauty Studio, cupping therapy is available as an add-on to your massage treatment, helping to release muscle tension, encourage relaxation and support local circulation.
