I completely understand that life happens..
Children get sick,
Work runs late,
Unexpected things come up,
You forget…
We've all been there.
When you book an appointment with me, that time is reserved especially for you.

My time is my livelihood.
When an appointment is missed, I don't get paid for that time.
If you're employed, you're paid whether someone cancels a meeting or not.
Small business owners don't have that safety net.
A missed appointment = unpaid time.

This isn't personal.
It's about fairness and sustainability
