A little update regarding my booking policy 💛

Running a small business means that every appointment matters. Over the last 3 months alone, I’ve lost over £1,000 due to last-minute cancellations and appointment changes made within 24 hours. Unfortunately, that’s something I simply can’t continue to absorb.

I completely understand that life happens and sometimes cancellations are unavoidable. I always try to be as understanding and accommodating as possible. However, when appointments are cancelled at short notice, it’s usually impossible for me to fill that time, which means I lose both valuable time and income.

Going forward, I will be much stricter in applying my booking and cancellation policy.

✨ A 25% booking deposit is required to secure all appointments.
✨ Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
✨ Any outstanding cancellation fees must be paid before any future appointments can be booked.

These policies aren’t in place to be difficult—they’re there to protect my time, my income, and the future of my small business, while ensuring fairness for every client.

Thank you to every single one of you who turns up, gives plenty of notice if plans change, and continues to support my business. It genuinely means the world, and I appreciate your understanding as I make these changes 🤍
