When we say that you need 40-50% of your lashes remaining, we need 40-50% of your lashes still intact when you come to your Infill appointment. Otherwise it does constitute as a full set.
This isn't us being greedy or particular, this is because we have alotted a specific amount of time for removal of outgrown lashes, the prep for fresh application and then the application process. Full sets take longer which we don't have as we have others waiting for their appointments too.
If you have an infill booked, but you're unsure then please let your tech know by sending a photo. They can then assess the amount of time and pricing. That way you get the best outcome. 💕♥️
