We're throwing open our Christmas Pre-Game Clinic to all children aged 8-16 (sessions will be split into age and ability groups). Register your place now - limited to the first 30 to book on a first come, first serve basis.

Our Fit & Fed Teen Tasters offer young people aged 12 to 16 the chance to enjoy a variety of free activities this Christmas!

This programme lets teens attend up to 4 sessions based on what works best for them. Activities are free for children entitled to benefit-related free school meals.

Plymouth Active is teaming up with YMCA Plymouth and partners to help local residents stay healthy and well. The Active Health pilot provides tailored, affordable activities for patients who have been referred to a ‘social prescriber’ by their GP. It’s hoped it will be expanded to include rehab programmes for people with musculoskeletal conditions and those recovering from cancer.
