A client cancelled on the morning of her appointment because she “wasn’t feeling it” and wanted to go shopping with her daughter instead. 🛍️

When I politely mentioned our 24-hour cancellation policy, apparently I was out of order. 😳

Cancellation policies aren’t there to be difficult — that appointment was reserved for you, and at a few hours’ notice, it’s almost impossible to fill.

Go shopping, enjoy your day… but the cancellation policy still applies. 😂💙
