My face feels like it’s melting…
That’s almost word for word what clients tell me before we start. Here’s what’s actually happening and how I would look at improving it …
When you come in worried about face ageing, this is usually where I look first… your skin condition your cheek support, and the area beside your nose (pyriform).
Why? Your cheekbone carries natural volume that sits above the muscle.
As it thins, everything below it loses its scaffolding and it feels like everything is drooping… The shadow under your eyes and heaviness by your mouth. The tired look even when you’re not..
Mid cheek filler rebuilds that shelf undetectably because no one will ever notice you’ve had it done. You’ll just know because you look so much more refreshed!
Instantly she looks less tired! Same lighting same angle but look at where the shadow disappears!
This is the nasolabial fold everyone asks about. We didn’t touch it directly but we lifted the cheek above it, and it softened on its own. Her under eye is supported and with less downward pull ⬇️
This is what “restoring structure” actually looks like on a face that’s lost a little volume over the years. She looks no different. Just a bit softer and more youthful
Look at that highlighter line from cheek to jaw! That’s what cheek support looks like while being undetectable 😮💨
The undereye hollow everyone wants fixed. Half the time the cheek beneath it needed the support first.

What is Lower face balancing?
Basically? Lips & chin - without looking at the jawline because she just didn’t need it.
Lower facial filler can look different on everyone because your needs are different. We can just target the areas you need a little more definition to improve the proportions of your face.

Checking in on you the next day shouldn’t feel like a bonus.
It’s such a small thing, but I know what it’s like to be nervous after a treatment and wondering if what you’re feeling is normal. So I just sent a text.. Not because it looks good but because I’d want someone to do that for me.
Same with the water or sugar break, the aftercare pouch, all of it. None of it is groundbreaking. I just think it should be standard 🤷🏻♀️
