Believe in yourself and the power of your Angels and Spirit Guides. Keep your thoughts and energy upbeat and positive, as this will help you manifest your dreams. Communicate openly with the universe and when you are alone say what it is you truly wish for. Your Angels and your spiritual guides need your permission to help you. All you have to say is "please help me". Say it everyday and now they have your permission they can work their magic for you. You will soon see the difference in your life. Putting yourself and your wellbeing first and why not?. It's hard work looking after everyone else's wellbeing. Eventually it will all catch up with you and you will be feeling worn out. Spending some time for yourself and set your intentions to do so. Having some much needed time to relax with some crystals and enjoy the healing energy you receive. If you can try and make time at least once a week to heal with your crystals until you feel more energised. Self care can also be meditating and your body and mind will definitely benefit from the relaxation. Having a pamper and enjoying a face mask and a bath. It's all self care and enjoying the tranquility. Who doesn't love a face mask or pamper? The more you look after yourself the more you will feel so much better. We will soon be in Autumn and our immune system will need looking after to. Catching colds and viruses isn't what we want and it leaves us feeling low in energy. Herbal teas and honey a couple of times a week is a good way to keep us healthy on the inside. Some of my regular clients swear by herbal tea and honey. I must admit I have been drinking it a lot to. Whilst you are healing with your crystals playing some calming music and take yourself on an adventure and explore spiritually. Asking your Angels and Fairies to give you a message. You may not receive a message when you first start your journey of self healing, but the more you do it you won't be disappointed with the messages you receive. Enjoy your spiritual journey of self healing and you will find the right crystals, meditation and music that suits you. There are so many other complimentary therapies to choose from. This beautiful lady helped and inspired so many people. It's a wonderful experience when others are kind and you feel so alone. As Dolly famously said " if someone is without a smile today give them yours". It costs nothing to be nice to someone. The best things in life are definitely free. Dolly helped so many people and showed genuine kindness. Today we can feel inspired to offer someone a smile and some kind words. The world is a better place with lovely kind people. I have some availability this week for Angelic Reiki which will be sent to you via a distant Reiki session. Distant Reiki is a great way to receive some much needed healing from the comfort of your home. There are so many benefits from receiving Reiki such as, feeling relaxed, releasing emotional issues, feeling more mentally well and a general feeling of peace and tranquility. Having a Reiki session later on in the evening really does help you sleep well. I would definitely recommend you set your alarm for work then next day.
