I am absolutely loving how popular my lymphatic drainage massages have become!

This week marks 15 years of my business, and honestly… I’m feeling incredibly proud of myself. 🥹

So much has changed over those 15 years. I have changed, my business has changed, and I’ve learnt more than I could ever have imagined, not just about my work, but about myself too.

There have been highs, lows, twists, turns, moments of doubt, new beginnings and plenty of lessons along the way, But here I am, 15 years on and still doing what I love. 🥰

And to the people who have been with me along the way — my lovely clients, supporters, friends and family, I would like to thank you. Especially those of you who have stayed with me through all the changes. Your support means more than you probably realise. ❤️

Exciting news!

I'm so excited to be training in Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage Massage next week.

Although I'm already qualified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, this is a completely different technique. Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a gentle, therapeutic treatment that supports the lymphatic system, whereas the Brazilian method uses more dynamic movements to help sculpt, define and reduce fluid retention, leaving you feeling lighter and more contoured.

Both amazing but different techniques.

I can't wait to add this treatment to my menu and offer to my clients.

I am delighted to share that I am now qualified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage!

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a gentle, rhythmic treatment that uses light, precise movements to encourage the natural flow of lymph around the body.
It can help to reduce swelling, support the immune system, aid relaxation, and leave you feeling lighter and revitalised.
Unlike the more vigorous Sculpted Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage method, MLD uses very small, gentle movements and focuses on supporting the body's natural lymphatic system.
I will also be training in the Sculpted Brazilian technique at a later date.
