Cheers to all the summer couples to be 🥂
We’re about to be blessed with some gorgeous weather, summer brides to be please remember ~
▫️Wear SPF - Sunburn, especially peeling burnt skin, can be super difficult to cover
▫️Use a hat/shade - Burnt scalps glow red, are dry and/or flake, again impossible to cover with makeup
▫️Tan lines - If tanning in the sun, think of the shape of your wedding dress and wear something a similar cut, to minimise tan lines
▫️Wedding day jobs - Try and do all your jobs like steaming dresses, packing up to move rooms etc, the night before, or the very least before hair and makeup, wedding prep rooms get extremely hot very fast…even in winter! So minimising tasks will help you stay cool
▫️Prepare for the heat - make sure your bridal prep room is well ventilated, have lots of cold drinks, and investing in hand held rechargeable fans is a must!! I carry a couple with me in my kit for emergencies
