Congratulations to Tish (left) & Erika (centre)!

They have both completed the 2-day instructor training for our Touch for Resilience course and will soon be announcing dates in their local areas (Lancashire for Tish, Finland for Erika).

I'm not sure I'll ever be able fully to describe the immense dedication, work and passion our instructors put in to being able to offer 4Elements courses within their own community. This group of UTTER SUPERSTARS spent the weekend in Morecambe on our TOUCH FOR RESILIENCE training, learning about working in a trauma-informed way, about our Reset Protocol and about delivering Touch **specifically designed to soothe the nervous system**. Absolute delight to share it all with them!
