🤎 A little time for you and your baby 🤎
I’m so excited to share The Relaxation Room – Mum & Baby Relaxation Session.
This has been created as a gentle, calming space for mums and their babies — a chance to slow down, unwind and enjoy some precious time together.
During the session, you and your baby will enjoy gentle sensory relaxation, while mums will also have the opportunity for a well-deserved relaxation experience for themselves.
Afterwards, you’ll enjoy refreshments and have time to chat with other mums and spend some relaxed time together in a welcoming environment. 🤎
🌿 Gentle relaxation & sensory experiences
✨ Small, intimate group
🪶 Suitable for babies who are not yet independently mobile (rolling is absolutely fine, but babies should not yet be crawling, commando crawling or bottom shuffling)
🤎 Only 8 places available
📍 Victory Hall, Farley Hill
📅 Thursday 1st October
⏰ 10:45–11:45am
💷 £28 per mum & baby
To book your place at this launch session, or if you have any questions about the session, please send me a message 🤎

Do you know just how important relaxation is to bring on labour? It's not just said because it's good for you to feel relaxed ready for birth, it's because stress (adrenaline and cortisol) block the hormones you need for yoyr body to begin efficient contractions.
Proper relaxation, like the type you get during an ASMR massage, will reduce stress and therefore adrenaline and cortisol, which are what block the hormone oxytocin. The rush of oxytocin is what encourages your body get ready for labour by starting efficient contractions. The deep relaxation also helps you release endorphins, our natural pain relief.
That's why I offer my ASMR massages during pregnancy (not first trimester). They can be lying on your side or seated and you can bring your pregnancy pillow or whatever makes you comfy.
So not only is it the perfect way to relax in what can be a stressful and exhausting time, but it's also a great way to try and bring on labour if you are wanting to do so.
And if you have a new baby and need some relaxation time but either don't want to leave them, can't get childcare or are breastfeeding, I am more than happy to massage you while you hold (and feed if needed) them.
So please don't think yoy can't come to me whilst pregnant or a new mum, because you absolutely can!
This lady in the video came ready for some relaxation with her pregnancy pillow, we got her comfy and moved sides part way through as she wanted to and we left the door open a bit for some lovely summer air to come in. I will help you feel as comfy as possible and can adapt my massage accordingly.

I'm just sharing this in case anyone missed it as I posted it late last night!
🤎 SOMETHING NEW IS COMING… 🤎
And this time, you can bring your baby.
As you may have seen, I’m creating a completely new kind of mum & baby experience, inspired by the relaxation treatments I already offer.
This isn’t another baby class.
Actually, it's not just a baby class. It's as much for mum as it is for baby.
It’s an hour designed for YOU BOTH.
A cosy space to slow down together, with gentle sensory touch and soothing sounds for baby, calming ASMR-inspired relaxation for mum, and time afterwards to stay for a hot drink and chat. Mum treats baby, I treat mum!
No rushing. No expectation for baby to behave a certain way. Feed, cuddle, change, settle or let them sleep. There will be separate room to escape to with baby if needed at all times.
Launching on Thursday mornings (subject to change before I take bookings but unlikely) and created especially for mums with pre-mobile babies.
Places will be limited.
If you’d like to be one of the first to experience it, you can now REGISTER YOUR INTEREST for priority booking 🤎

Following on from my post last week about a mum and baby class, I'm definitely going to be doing this once I get a suitable venue sorted so I will update you in time!
But I also wanted to say in case you weren't aware, you can have one of my ASMR massages during pregnancy (not 1st trimester) They can be lying in your side or seated and you can bring your pregnancy pillow or whatever makes you comfy.

We've had a lazy day at home today faffing about and catching up on rest after lots of late nights on holiday and my daughter suddenly decided she wanted to make an ASMR video and get me to post it here. Not very professional of me maybe, but hey, I thought I'd say yes so here it is!

*RESEARCH*
🗣COMMENTS APPRECIATED!🗣
Hi! As usual, my brain has been frantically ticking and I'm trying to gauge whether my latest idea would be something people would be interested in.
I'm thinking about starting a mum and baby group, where mum is given a bag of tools to keep/bring each week and does baby ASMR on their little one. I'd like to also incorporate a small amount of 'relaxation time' for the mums with ASMR on them by me and a hot drink (either in peace or chatting with the other mums)
I'd need to find a suitable venue to ensure it's an experience that resembles the environment I've created in my treatment room, so it would be a peaceful group for a small amount of people at a time.
I'd probably do it as a series of weekly sessions, but the finer details havent been decided yet.
I'm just wondering what people's thoughts are on this? Even if you don't have a baby, is it something you think you'd do or would have done?
Any comments would be greatly appreciated, I'd really love to know if this would be worth it before I go any further in planning (I've already checked with my insurance etc) Thanks!
