Liv has been coming to me consistently for massage now for well over a year & last weekend, she completed her first ever marathon in under 5 hours!!!

Having suffered with knee & calf pain during her training, we focused on deep tissue massage into the legs, adding in mobilisation techniques into the ankles & working on trigger points into the glutes. We used a combination of manual therapy & rockpods every few weeks to help her throughout her marathon training plan, and last week she absolutely smashed her victory lap, completing the 💪🏼
