“How often should I have lymphatic drainage?”

The answer depends on your goals

🤍 For the best results: we usually recommend a course of 3–6 treatments, ideally 1–2 weeks apart.

🤍 For maintenance: Every 4–6 weeks to support your lymphatic system and manage fluid retention.

Everyone’s body is different, so results will vary depending on factors such as hydration, lifestyle, hormones and consistency.

💛 we completely understand that regular treatments aren’t always possible financially, and that’s absolutely okay. While a course of treatments often gives the best results, even occasional sessions can still help reduce bloating and support your body’s natural lymphatic flow.
