✨💚 CC’S BEAUTY CANCELLATION POLICY 💚✨

As a small business, every appointment is valuable to me and your appointment time is reserved especially for you. 🥰

I completely understand that sometimes plans change and appointments need to be cancelled or rearranged. However, late cancellations and no-shows leave me with appointment spaces that I’m often unable to fill at short notice.

Therefore, the following cancellation policy applies to all appointments:

💚 DEPOSIT
A deposit is required when booking your appointment. This will be deducted from the cost of your treatment.

⏰ 48 HOURS’ NOTICE
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment cost.

⏰ 24 HOURS OR LESS
Cancellations made 24 hours or less before your appointment will require FULL PAYMENT of the treatment cost.

🚫 NO-SHOWS
Failure to attend your appointment without notice will require FULL PAYMENT of the treatment cost.

✨ REBOOKING
Any outstanding cancellation/no-show fee must be paid before another appointment can be booked.

I really appreciate everyone’s understanding and respect for my time and my small business. 💚

Well… after being struck down with a horrible bug 🤒 and spending the last two days in bed, I’ve somehow managed to be VERY productive! 😂🙌

I’ve not enjoyed being poorly one bit 🤧😩 BUT every cloud has a silver lining… because I’ve FINALLY finished my brand-new CC’s Beauty price list! 💚✨

There have been a few little tweaks to some of my prices, along with all your favourite treatments and a few lovely extras. 💆🏼‍♀️💅🏼✨

❤️ A LITTLE UPDATE FROM ME ❤️

As many of my clients know, I’ve unfortunately been unable to offer massage treatments for the last few months due to a slipped disc.

During this time I’ve been seeing a physio, who has referred me for further tests for possible fibromyalgia. I’m hoping to have some answers soon and, most importantly, I’m really hoping to be back to my full working self and offering massages again soon. 🙏❤️

I’ve genuinely missed doing my massage treatments and looking after all my lovely massage clients. 💆🏼‍♀️🌿

A huge thank you to every one of you for your patience, understanding and lovely messages while I’ve been unable to offer these treatments. It really does mean so much to me. 🥰❤️

After 26 years in the beauty industry, I’m incredibly grateful to still be doing what I love and looking after all my wonderful clients. ❤️
