Just a little update for you all! 💛

As most of you know, I’ll be making the move over to West Yorkshire over the next few weeks. Because of that, I’ll be introducing normal working hours from September (no more crazy 14-hour days! 😂🫠).

Don’t worry—any appointments that are already booked will still go ahead as planned. This only applies to appointments going forward from September.

Unfortunately, this may mean I won’t be able to fit everyone in as easily as I have been. I’ll be reassessing everything after a few months to see how the new hours are working for both me and my clients.

With the move also comes a mortgage, so I’ll need to be much stricter with cancellations and no-shows. Last-minute cancellations and missed appointments have a big impact on my business, so I’ll be enforcing my cancellation policy going forward. I hope you all understand that this is simply to protect my time and income.

My hours may vary slightly around holidays and Christmas, but they’ll stay the same for the rest of the year.

With that in mind, please try to book your appointments in advance and keep up with your regular bookings to avoid disappointment.
