A place to move, talk, connect & belong.

A completely random conversation with a lovely lady who recently joined the gym has given me an idea that I think could become something really special.

We were talking about Andy’s Man Club and it got me thinking… why not create something for women here at Tan & Tone?

We’re already a ladies-only space and we know how important exercise, connection and simply getting out of the house can be for our mental health and wellbeing.

I’d love to create a little community where women can come together — starting with informal meet-ups for a chat and a cuppa, and hopefully growing into group walks, activities and other things along the way. No judgement, no pressure — just women supporting women. 🤍

Most importantly, I’d love to call it Mia’s Ladies Club.

I lost my friend Mia last year after she took her own life, leaving her three babies behind. Having her name attached to something that could help even one woman feel less alone would mean more to me than I could put into words. 🤍

It’s only an idea for now, so I’d love to know what you think.
