Just a polite reminder of my cancellation policy as iv had quite a few recently 😫
●Any cancellations/reschedule of hr appointment within 24 hours will require the full appointment fee as this is too short notice for me to fill the slot or re arrange clients.
●Any cancellations/reschedule within 48 hours with be charged your £10 deposit

I completely understand that a lot of people have been poorly lately, had child care issues and other life issues that have got in the way 🤣 (no fault of anyones i know) but just as an example last week alone I had 3 out of 5 clients cancellations in one day.
Charging a cancellation fee isn't something I enjoy doing as I know a lot of reasons are genuine and can't be helped, however I have to have this policy in place as this is my only income. I would love to be able to stand to your missed appointment and not charge anything but it is impossible 🙃🤣
