My diary books up in advance, especially for evening and weekend slots, which creates a waiting list for some people to book in.

As a result, for no-shows and cancellations within 24hrs, like other establishments I will need to charge the full session price for the missed appointment.

I will of course continue to be as flexible as possible in the event of emergencies, but please give me as much notice as possible so I can try to fill the missed appointment!

The treatment of injuries is almost never a quick fix, and it may therefore take a few sessions to get the issue under control. Similarly, regular training and life stresses mean that regular maintenance sessions can be a great way to protect against injury.

With that in mind, I'm really pleased to be able to offer package discounts to help with the cost of your treatments. These Bronze, Silver and Gold options consist of a block of FIVE sports massage treatments ranging between 45 and 90-minute sessions.

After a lot of careful thought, I wanted to share an important update with you all that my treatment prices will be changing from 1st April 2026.

This is the first time I’ve ever increased my prices since starting my sports massage business, and it’s not a decision I’ve taken lightly. I’ve always aimed to keep treatments as accessible as possible whilst maintaining the highest quality of care.

These changes will be implemented from 1st April 2026, however any bookings already made before today will of course be honoured at the current price.

I’ve also updated my package options to reflect the price changes. These provide you with a discounted rate for block bookings of 5 treatments, and allows you to secure the old treatment price after the changes! A great way for you to save on your regular treatments! 🎉
