As we enter a time of reflection I would just like to thank my clients for another wonderful year, I know we have all had our personal issues, but if I have helped in some small way to improve your stress,anxiety, well-being then I am truly honoured,it's now time for me to take a break and prepare for 2025 wishing you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year

So I'm halfway through my Qi Gong course with my good friend and teacher Lily it's now part of my daily routine energy levels increased, sleep improvement and some weight lost very happy
