Hi everyone, just a quick catch up as I’ve not really been posting. We’ve had a lot of changes and new beginnings at Medusa… the HQ is now under new management where I will be still be working from and running my training academy and my own treatments. I am collaborating with the team there and very much still involved. I have relocated and moved home to Cheshire so my new HQ is pending… I have been quiet on the grid but by no means have I slowed down… watch out for the training reels to follow.
