To ensure you enjoy your tanning session safely and comfortably please keep the following in mind:

💧 Stay hydrated – Drink plenty of water before and after your sunbed session.

☀️ Reduce your tanning time – If the weather is exceptionally hot or you feel warmer than usual, consider shortening your session.

🌡️ Listen to your body – If you feel uncomfortable, overheated, or dehydrated, stop your session and cool down.

🚶 Take it easy afterwards – Continue drinking water throughout the day, especially if you’re spending time outdoors.
