☀️ HEATWAVE ALERT: EXTRA AFTERCARE FOR BOTOX & LIP FILLERS ☀️

With temperatures set to soar this week, it’s important to take extra care of your recent aesthetic treatments.

If you’ve had Botox or Lip Filler in the last 2 weeks, please follow these additional precautions:

💧 Stay hydrated – drink plenty of water throughout the day.

🌡️ Avoid excessive heat exposure – limit time in direct sunlight, hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms, and very hot showers.

🧊 Keep cool – use fans, air conditioning, and stay in shaded areas where possible.

🏃‍♀️ Skip intense exercise during the hottest part of the day, as increased blood flow and overheating may worsen swelling and bruising.

💄 Be gentle with treated areas and avoid unnecessary touching or pressure.

👄 Lip Filler clients: Heat can temporarily increase swelling, so don’t be alarmed if your lips feel slightly more swollen than usual.

✨ Botox clients: Excessive heat won’t “melt” your Botox, but avoiding overheating during the settling period helps ensure the best results.

Remember, protecting your skin with SPF and staying cool will help maintain your beautiful results.
