Due to an increasing number of no-shows, late cancellations and not sticking to my booking policies, I have made the decision to move my bookings back to the old traditional pen & paper diary.

I’ve always tried to make booking as easy and convenient as possible, however unfortunately the current system has caused issues when clients have failed to attend appointments and then disputed/charged back their non refundable booking fees.

Therefore, going forward:

📖 All appointments will be booked directly with me and entered into my diary.

💷 CASH PAYMENTS ONLY
All treatment payments will continue to be cash only, no bank transfer is accepted now.

🚫 NO BANK TRANSFER DEPOSITS
Due to previous issues with deposits being disputed/charged back following no-shows, I will no longer be accepting deposits via bank transfer.

I completely understand that things can happen and sometimes appointments need to be changed. However, my time is my business, and when an appointment is missed, that time cannot be offered to another client.
