Alistair has been with us for over a year now, during that time he has been watching, learning, practicing,giving free haircuts all whilst attending college, gaining his level 2 qualification. He hasn't been rushed through the learning process and shoved straight onto the shop floor, he has been patient and is now at a very good standard.
