Cancellation fees — nobody loves talking about them… until they affect a small business! 👀

When you book an appointment with us, that time is reserved just for you. Especially with longer colour appointments, a late cancellation or no-show can leave a big gap in our day that we simply can’t always fill.

We completely understand that life happens — emergencies happen and plans change. 🤎 Our cancellation policy isn’t about being difficult; it’s about protecting our stylists’ time and our small business.

Think of your appointment like a hotel room or a flight seat — it’s a reservation.
