For a long time, women were made to feel like they had to choose.

I never believed it had to be one or the other.
I wanted both.

I wanted to be there for my girls AND build something I was proud of.

Family holidays AND business trips.
Lazy Sundays AND ambitious Mondays.

And no, it hasn’t always been perfectly balanced.
Some seasons I’ve worked more.

That’s life.

But I’ve never wanted to shrink my ambitions just because I’m a mum.
And I don’t want my girls growing up thinking they have to either.

I want them to see a woman who built a life she loved. Not a perfect life. A full one.

LOOKING AFTER YOURSELF ISN’T SELFISH.

I’ve spent a LOT of my life looking after other people.

Being a mum.
Running a business.
Looking after clients.
Supporting a team.
Being there for everyone else.

And somewhere along the way, I realised something…I am allowed to be on my own list.

Self-care doesn’t have to mean an expensive spa day.
Sometimes it’s washing your face properly at the end of a long day.
Taking 20 minutes to yourself.

Going for a walk.
Booking the holiday.
Saying no.
Having the coffee.
Putting your phone down.
Doing absolutely nothing.

And yes, sometimes it IS a gorgeous facial & a ridiculous amount of skincare 💆‍♀️

My point is this. Looking after yourself isn’t something you earn once everything else is done.

Because everything else is NEVER done.
You matter too ❤️

My girls were little.

Fast forward 15 years…

But now I also want experiences.
Travel.
Personal growth.
To challenge myself.

To help other people believe they can build something too.
To have fun.
And to create a life that feels like mine.
