During a SkinPen treatment, I adjust the needle depth depending on the area being treated and your individual skin concerns.
Each controlled microchannel triggers your skin’s natural wound-healing response. As the depth changes, different layers of the skin are stimulated, encouraging fibroblasts (your skin’s collagen-producing cells) to produce new collagen and elastin over the weeks and months that follow.
