This lovely lady came to me and decided she no longer wanted to be on the lighter side anymore and wanted to move to a more natural colour with some baby lights through to create a slight dimension and texture and what a difference it made 🤩🤩🤩

We kept the blonde blonde 🤍 but added carefully placed lowlights to bring back depth, dimension and that gorgeous multi-tonal finish — without losing the brightness she loves.

I haven’t shared the first “after” photo because, quite simply, I wasn’t happy with it.

Hairdressing can be unpredictable, especially when working with previous black box dye and putting the health of the hair first. Rather than pretending everything was perfect, I chose to be honest with my client and work together to achieve a result we were both happy with.

For me, being a good hairdresser isn’t about never facing challenges—it’s about owning them, communicating honestly, and doing everything you can to make it right.

I’d much rather gain a client’s trust than protect my ego. That’s what creates loyal, returning clients, and that’s something I’ll always stand by. 🤎✨
