These fab little moisturizing masks are great to boost your skin when you find yourself with a little time. From smoothing them over the face it takes about 25 mins for all the product to be absorbed, then just remove and ta daaaa your skin looks beautiful!
I used my time as a passanger but easily used when your having your morning coffee, at nighttime while reading or just whenever!

The HIT machine (stands for High Intensity Treatment) is used to improve circulation, skin quality and tissue health.
The treatment is non invasive and painless but gets the most fabulous results.
The HIT works by using pressured acoustic waves through repeated mechanical stimulation!
Basically the handpiece massages the skin forcing pressure into the tissue to help treat cellulite and poor skin laxity.
This works because capillaries and lymph vessels are stimulated therefore both microcirculation and lymph drainage are boosted.
Also fibroblasts are triggered into a repair response, increasing collagen and elastin.
The HIT works best for localised fat, skin-laxity and cellulite; mild/moderate/severe.

Letting off some energy…. WFH today with my head spinnng! New kit incoming so making room offloading old files. BUT like anytime you have a clear out you see old stuff, reminded of memories and change perspectives are recognised. I started my therapist journey with A basic massage course and it grew from there. Just reminding my self of my roots and smiling at the full circle moment that I’m now going to be working improving lymph like I did 20+ yrs ago.
Reminding people I’m more that just lasers, but I do bring my holistic approach to all appts giving my clients confidence and a safe space to relax.
I’m very excited about what’s coming, don’t know if you can tell! 🤭

1 session of Golden Radio Frequency (GRF) and this lady felt amazing! It’s a lovely treatment that feels relaxing but has awesome results.
For longer lasting results a course of 6 over 6 weeks is recommended, BUT a one off also has benefits for the skin.
