I believe in working very gently with the body, not forcing it. Colonic hydrotherapy is about working alongside your colon and its natural peristaltic movements, encouraging the bowel to do the work itself.

What a wonderful experience meeting Barbara O’Neill at an event in Liverpool. I’ve followed Barbara’s work for some time, so having the opportunity to meet her and chat in person was incredibly inspiring.
