Has been a wonderfully busy week this week, in a different way!!

Over the last few months something very exciting has been happening!! This has been a wonderful time, spent with some beautiful people. There have been challenges, belly laughs, tears and lots of energy shifts.
Proud to have now achieved my Reiki Master level 3 🎉 Words cannot describe how much gratitude I hold for Andi Barefoot Soul for facilitating this course and to all of my Reiki 'tribe' who have been supportive, caring and so much fun. 🙏❤️

For a long time, I thought healing had to be something you could explain, measure, or fix.

Then I discovered Reiki.

It didn't magically erase life's challenges, but it gave me something I didn't realise I was missing: a chance to slow down, reconnect with myself, and create space for healing on every level.

People come to Reiki for so many different reasons. Some are feeling overwhelmed or stressed. Others are navigating grief, anxiety, burnout, physical discomfort, or simply feel like they've lost touch with themselves.
Some can't even explain why they're drawn to it—they just know they need something different.

Reiki isn't about believing in anything. It's about giving yourself permission to pause, relax, and receive.
Many people leave a session feeling calmer, lighter, more grounded, and better able to cope with whatever life is bringing them.

Healing looks different for everyone, and Reiki isn't a replacement for medical care. Instead, it can be a gentle complementary practice that supports your overall wellbeing.

If you've been carrying the weight of everything for everyone else, maybe this is your reminder that you deserve care too.

I will be taking a break from my treatment room tomorrow morning to go and help serve tea, coffee and cake ☕🧁 😋.

From 1st April 2026, I’ll be making a small adjustment to my treatment prices.

This decision hasn’t been made lightly. Like many small businesses, I’ve been feeling the impact of rising costs, from everyday bills to the products and resources I use in my sessions. Alongside this, I’m continually investing in my own training and development so I can offer you the best possible care, techniques, and experience.

That said, keeping my treatments accessible and affordable remains incredibly important to me. I’ve done my best to keep this increase as minimal as possible while still supporting the sustainability of my work.

I’m so grateful for your continued support, trust, and loyalty — it truly means the world to me 💛

Any future bookings already in the diary and made prior to April 1st, will be honoured at the current pricing. Anything booked in on or after this date will be at the updated prices. Please see my updated treatment menu for details.

Its occurred to me that I haven't posted here for far too long!! 🤦
For those who are new here, or need a reminder, let me tell you a bit about me...

🌟 I’m Lucy a Reiki practitioner, massage therapist and reflexologist, but first and foremost, a woman who truly believes in the body’s ability to heal when given the right space and support.
I’m 50 years young, a proud mum to my wonderful adult son, a loving partner to my fiancée, a devoted dog lover, and someone who has walked my own healing journey as a cancer survivor. That experience changed me. It deepened my compassion, strengthened my resilience, and showed me just how powerful gentle, supportive care can be.
I created my practice to hold safe, calm space for people to simply be. To exhale. To release. To receive.
Whether you come to me for Reiki, massage or reflexology, my intention is always the same — that you feel safe, supported and deeply cared for.
Outside of my therapy room, you’ll find me enjoying a good British holiday, spending time with my dog, or indulging my curiosity about all things spiritual and paranormal ✨
Healing isn’t just about treatments — it’s about connection, comfort and trust. And it’s an honour to hold that space for those who choose to work with me.
