I don’t want to come on here and be negative, however there is a few things I need to address.

Going forward all appointments will require a £10 deposit. I have had 4 no shows/cancellations in the past two weeks and it’s really not on. I completely understand things come up, but it takes two seconds to send a message. That’s also over 4 spaces for clients that could have been filled. I am already so busy and I’m struggling at the minute fitting everyone in aswell as keeping up with my messages and updating my social media. I am very lucky that this doesn’t happen often, but going forward this can’t happen again. I will be making a new list of terms and conditions which will need to be agreed to when booking an appointments going forward. I am so disheartened by this the last few weeks and it’s really messed up my diary.

I’ll get back to all messages today/tomorrow, I apologise for the slow responses the last few weeks. I’ve been super busy and had a few personal things going on. Going forward it’ll be much easier organising appointments when I can get people booked in advance💕
