Not all fat is the same 🚫
What you see in the next slide is the difference between normal fat and lipodema- and it goes deeper than just appearance.
Normal fat is part of a healthy body. It sits under the skin, it's evenly distributed and it responds to training and nutrition.
Lipoedema is different.
It's not just fat.
It involves inflammation, changes in the tissue, fluid retention and an increase in fat cells that behave differently.
