Scandi hairlines are back ready for the summer months, but I only have a few clients I have tried them on… why you ask?

This technique is best for:

• clients who are a natural level 7 and above (natural dirty blonde).

•clients that have had a high impact foiling service before hand.

• hair that has the right integrity and strength to push a little further.

This is because the technique focuses on lifting the fine hairs around the hairline to create that soft, bright and seamless look so it almost seems like it’s growing from the scalp.

On naturally darker hair, using this technique can reveal unwanted warmth during the lifting process, making it difficult to achieve the clean, Scandi inspired result many clients are looking for.

It’s also important that the brightness around the face complements the rest of the hair. Without enough existing blonde throughout, a Scandi hairline can look disconnected rather than seamless.
