The face has an extensive network of blood vessels beneath the skin, so whenever a needle is used, there is always a chance of catching a small vessel and causing a bruise.

I use fine needles, careful placement and techniques designed to minimise trauma wherever possible—but no practitioner can guarantee a completely bruise-free treatment.

Most bruising, if it does occur, is mild and temporary, but it’s always worth considering when booking your appointment—especially before a holiday or special occasion. 🤍
