If you’ve ever had a moment where you questioned whether this industry is for you, you’re not alone.

Every nail tech, even the ones you admire have days or moments where something didn’t go as planned, clients cancel, income dips, or self-doubt crept in.

Growth in this career isn’t linear and those moments push you into self development. I am so confident & comfortable in my career now and it has taken years of work and education to get to this point. My main advice is to be kind to yourself and be self aware enough to call out your own areas for improvement.

Every challenge is shaping you into a stronger, more skilled and more confident professional.

It’s called “error-based learning,” and it’s scientifically proven to strengthen long-term skill development. So the days that feel the hardest are actually the days your skills elevate the most.
