This work saved me babes. Literally!
Using this methodology, music, movement, rhythm, regulation, ritual, healed parts of myself I didn't know needed healing. It helped me rewire old habits, break toxic patterns, and find my way back to joy. It gave my business new direction when I needed it most.

It was the missing puzzle piece I didn't know I was looking for. It got me through grief. It got me through some really dark times. And it continues to give, which is why this side of my work means so much to me. It didn't just change how I show up for others. It transformed my life.
So when I say I know these things to be true, babes — I mean it.

Nearly six years in this field, and every bit of it is lived experience. From holding space, running sessions and workshops, I've watched music and movement work its magic, again and again.
And here's the best bit: the magic doesn't stop when the class ends. The spoonful of music helps the medicine keep landing, beyond the event, beyond the session, beyond the room. It keeps working on you long after you've left.

Our Flow & Glow collaboration with Flow With Frankie ~ Colon Hydrotherapy | Yoga | Reiki | ☾𖤓 sold out in under 24 hours. Which is exciting, yes, but it's also telling us something bigger. People are craving this. Craving community. Craving the chance to dance with freedom, to shake it out, to have a genuinely good time without worrying about what they look like, without the hangover, without the comedown. They just want to move their body in a way that brings them back home to themselves.

This autumn and winter, we're bringing you new ways to keep that medicine working through the darker months. And next year? Watch this space because there's SO much coming.

Follow me, follow me....down the Yellow Brick Road!

There's no place like Munchkinland, and next week we're off spinning through a whirlwind to see the Wizard of Oz. We'll be skipping down the Yellow Brick Road towards the Emerald City, with all our munchkins in tow!

Where the magic's happening next Tuesday:

☆Lullaby Baby Massage ~ FULLY BOOKED! Our littlest munchkins have claimed every spot on the road.

☆ Sensory Seekers ~ just 2 spaces left! Grab your sitting or crawling Munchkins and your ruby slippers before they're gone.

☆ Curiosity Patch Wildlings (afternoon session) ~ plenty of room on the road for our bigger Wildlings! Our munchkins will travel the Yellow Brick Road into Munchkinland, exploring sensory-rich play in their own time and at their own pace, before gathering in circle to sing, move and play together. Think bubbles, twinkling lights, swishing scarves and parachute magic.

We'll be celebrating the last of our summer holiday sessions around the curiosity patch in true Oz style, because there's no place like home, and in this case, we mean The Village Hub

This is what a Tuesday at The Village Hub looks like every week. Gorgeous babies and toddlers stepping into the story, not just watching it happen. Iridescent bubbles, curiosity patch wonder, parachutes flying, sensory-rich play, and a whole mini world we build together, one story at a time.

Sensory Seekers (sitting–crawling babies) and Curiosity Patch Wildlings (walking, talking toddlers up to preschool) carry on everything we love about Lullaby Baby Massage. Infant classes Chloe Westmore ~ Classes With CoCo are all about regulation through love, touch and play, movement, music and song. Every stage, we continue his pattern as the little ones reach new milestones and explore. Growing into the story together, and now your little explorer gets to lead the way.
No sitting still. No behaving a certain way. Just confidence built at their own pace, knowing they can always come back to your arms to emotionally refuel. This is how we build stress resilience, confidence and connection with our younglings.

Come for the light-up wands, scarves, parachute and bubbles. Stay for the circle time story, song and movement, with a beautiful sensory world made just for this week's adventure.

Back home, all rested, and now in my favourite place. A beautiful week away with the kids, staycationing in this weather has been the perfect reset. Sandy toes, slow mornings, no schedule in sight, fun days out exploring. Feeling properly rested, rejuvenated and ready for a bit of structure again.
And what better way to ease back in than at The Village Hub, for one of my favourite sessions of all ~ The Village Giving Circle.

There's something so grounding about this one. It's regulation and connection through giving, that quiet nervous-system shift that happens when you show up for someone else, when you're met with wonderful company, incredible offerings, and new connections made along the way. It reminds me every time why community is medicine.

Back where I belong.

We met in a colonic. We've liver flushed together. That's just... how it started. No small talk, straight into the deep stuff, and somewhere in there we fell in love with each other and knew we had to create something together.

What Frankie is building is so beautiful, and getting to combine forces with her feels like a genuine privilege. This isn't a one-off, it's a new regular event, and it's going to be aligned in every sense of the word.

For the next ten weeks, starting from Tuesday 18th August through to 20th October, I have one spot left for anyone who wants to join us for the WHOLE journey of Lullaby Baby Massage adventures. So this is for anyone with a pre sitting baby. From exploring deep in the jungle to taking in the beautu in the depths of autumn, every Tuesday, theres priority booked spot and its yours.

A little reminder on how block bookings work: you can grab a block of 5 or 10 sessions, use them across this term or the next, and move them around when life needs you to. It's not about rigid attendance, it's about having your rhythm ready and waiting, however you need to use it.

But if you know you want in for these next ten weeks, this is your spot. Come grab it!
And if you're just thinking about block bookings for the next few weeks or months, these are always in offer. Save and still enjoy the flexibility to shuffle things around.

Because here's the thing I get to witness every single week: the joy of watching families come regularly, consistently, and seeing the changes it brings, not just in the parents, but in the baby's too. They get more familiar. Bolder. More confident. They start reaching for the space, exploring it, working out what they can do in it. That's the magic of showing up, week after week.
