It’s definitely a lot stronger than I’m used to wearing, but it’s so so pretty o highly recommend it.

Oh Dolly 💔✨
It’s hard to put into words what Dolly Parton meant to me—and to the world.
I’ve listened to her music since I was a child, because of my mum. I watched all her films—even the Christmas ones—and completely fell in love with her humour, her stories, her music and everything she represented.
Eighteen years ago, just after I’d given birth to George, I went to see her perform at the O2. I was completely entranced by the show and by the stories she told. She had a way of making a huge arena feel intimate, as though she were sitting down and chatting directly to you.
“Islands in the Stream” was the song I danced to with my dad at my wedding. It’s also still my favourite karaoke song—and I’ve even dressed up as Dolly for fancy dress! 😂✨
She was another great lover of sequins, glitter and glamour, but underneath all that sparkle was an incredibly intelligent, talented, funny and generous woman.
Dolly showed us that we could be feminine and powerful, kind and ambitious, soft-hearted and strong. She was completely unapologetic about being herself and was just a bloody inspiration to be your amazing self.
The world feels a little less colourful and sparkly without her in it, but what an incredible legacy she leaves behind.
Thank you, Dolly, for the music, the stories, the laughter, the glamour and the memories woven throughout my life.
There will never be another Dolly Parton.
I will always love you 🤍✨

Every now and again, I have to pinch myself when I think about how far I’ve come in 2.5 years…
This was me back in February, hosting my first in-store Charlotte Tilbury Masterclass.
With full production team from Aperture Beauty Production who took these incredible photo’s.
When I restarted my bridal makeup and teaching business in 2024, I never expected to be asked by the darlings at Charlotte Tilbury to host a masterclass as their guest MUA.
If I’m completely honest, my confidence was at its lowest and I didn’t think anyone would want to come and watch me.
But 18 students showed up 🥹
They believed in me and wanted to learn the tips and tricks I’ve picked up throughout my 10-year career.
They wanted help with their own makeup—from achieving flawless skin, what foundation suits them, covering dark circles, redness, acne and dark spots to how to chose the right makeup for mature and teenage skin.
Most importantly, they wanted it to be easy. No millions of layers or complicated routines—just quick, simple techniques they could actually recreate at home.
They also wanted honest product advice, because there’s nothing worse than having a drawer full of makeup you’ll never use!
Having me and the Charlotte Tilbury makeup artists there to offer professional, hands-on advice was priceless.
I’m so grateful to everyone who came, believed in me and reminded me why I love teaching so much.
Tomorrow, I’m hosting my second Charlotte Tilbury Masterclass—and it’s sold out! So to be invited back a second time, I couldn’t have been that bad 🤩
Sometimes you just have to feel the fear and do it anyway ❤️✨
