BABY MASSAGE - THIS TUESDAY

We still have spaces left for our Baby Massage course - starting this Tuesday.

This 75 minute class is perfect for anyone who's nervous about starting baby classes, looking to meet new mum friends or looking to learn new techniques to soothe your baby.

Each session we'll learn new massage strokes and the benefits of them - from helping baby sleep to helping digestive issues and teething pain. Then we'll always leave plenty of time for a hot drink and a biscuit so you can enjoy a chat with your fellow mums!

Classes are held at the gorgeous Mandala Yoga Studio Southport, a calm, quiet space where you can relax and forget about the outside world! The course is £45 for 5 weeks, starting this Tuesday at 11.30am.

Whether you're new to baby massage or have experience, you're welcome here. It's a friendly, supportive group and just as much for you as it is for baby. Suitable for babies from around 6 weeks to pre crawling.

With small groups, a beautiful, calm studio and plenty of time for chat, this is the perfect way to meet new mum friends.
