🌿 T’ai Chi | Every Saturday, 2–3pm 🌿
We are incredibly lucky to have T’ai Chi on our timetable!
T’ai Chi is an ancient Chinese practice of slow, flowing movement, mindful breathing and gentle focus. It offers a beautiful opportunity to slow down, connect with your body and develop balance, mobility, coordination and awareness — all while creating a sense of calm and presence.
It’s suitable for all levels of fitness and experience, so whether you’ve never tried T’ai Chi before or you’re already familiar with the practice, you’re warmly welcome to join us and learn at your own pace.
One recent member new to t’ai chi shared:
“I have just had my first Tai Chi class with Deborah Wilson and thoroughly enjoyed it! Deborah made me feel very welcome along with some other first timers. The class was really friendly and Deborah’s tuition was clear and made easy to follow. I have already booked for next week😊”
