Hello Maternity Leave 💚

I am now officially on maternity leave!

At this moment in time I have no idea when I'll be returning to work. Going into a new unknown I'll just have to take each day as it comes. I'm not going to put any pressure on myself. As soon as I know I will update my socials and contact you all.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to all my amazing clients who chose me to do your hair. It's because of you I get to do what I love and have my small little business. I'll miss you all, it will be weird not seeing you all for a while!

If anyone needs me to recommend someone to do your hair while I'm on maternity leave just drop me a message. If you ever need advice on anything hair related drop me a message, I'm still here for you.

We've built bonds, we've shared stories, laughed and cried, going through different seasons of life together.

I feel so grateful for each and every one of you. Because of all of you I get to do what I love. It means so much more with me being self employed, thank you for supporting my small business.

With a baby coming next year I have no idea what 2026 will look like work wise for me. I will keep you all updated and informed as soon as I know when I'll be returning to work.

How has it already been 6 weeks since my beautiful best friend got married. I had the honour of doing her hair and also being her maid of honor 🤍💚

Hey everyone so this is when I'll be stopping work for a bit. I may decide to do some work in February but I will see how I feel. If I do I'll share any availability nearer the time on my stories.

At this point I have no idea how much time I'll be taking off and when I'll be able to come back to work. I'll keep you all updated once I know more myself.

If you need to go to someone else while I'm having some time off I can recommend people I know who I trust.

I am still taking bookings now. I still have some availability left in November and December. Also I am taking bookings for January. These appointments are going fast.

The one where Daisy becomes a big sister 🥹💜

After sadly having 3 miscarriages we're so happy and excited to announce that we are expecting our rainbow miracle baby🌈
Baby Ivory-Maslanka #2 beginning of March. We can't believe it💚💙💚

If I'm being honest I was terrified to even share this news. I kept changing my mind about it. With everything pregnancy throw's at you, it's certainly been very challenging regarding my mindset. It's been hard to even feel happy and excited. I really want to be, but it's been hard. I've been taking each day as it comes. So here I am at nearly 22 weeks pregnant just hoping all will be ok.

I'm being honest about what's happened to me as I feel like miscarriages aren't spoken about enough and I felt i couldn't not acknowledge them as if nothing has happened. And as if our journey this time was easy as it wasn't. I may eventually share more about it but for now I'll leave it at this. As I didn't think I would even share it.

I am so happy and can't wait for Daisy to take on her new role as big sister. I'm also scared about that transition but we will take each step as it comes. 💜

I will do a post very soon about when I'm going to be booking clients in until. Xx
