Good afternoon, I hope you’re well. I’m reaching out to see if you might be able to help or point me in the right direction.Since retiring, my dad has been helping one of his neighbours, Jack, with his garden and a few odd jobs. When he visited yesterday, he noticed that Jack could really do with a haircut and beard trim.Jack is an 86‑year‑old gentleman living with dementia, and he rarely leaves his home. We’re concerned that taking him to a barbershop might be overwhelming due to the noise and unfamiliar environment.Would you happen to know of anyone who offers home visits for haircuts and grooming? We think it would be a lovely treat for Jack.Thank you so much in advance for any help you may be able to provide.

A lovely story today from a support worker who had a young family with a real plumbing emergency. Luckily she contacted these incredible people and they went out and fixed things for someone who really needed the help. They did this for free.. so I’m asking you to share this post and use these excellent people. Well done lads! 🙌🏻🙏🏻💙

Hi. Hope you’re well! I just wondered if you’re able to help at all. My mum has recently been diagnosed with cancer and is unable to walk. I’m trying to find just a small lightweight wheelchair for her so I can get her out of the house. I’ve had a look in charity shops but only found one for £150, do you know of anywhere that I could possibly get a cheaper one or am I able to post on your page to see if anyone is selling one. I hate to ask but we’re desperate to get her out and about! We obviously don’t mind paying but £150+ is a bit much at the moment xx

Ive just recently moved into a new property and struggling a bit financially due to also becoming a single mum to 2 young children, if anyone can help ill be forever grateful, i need a tv unit, clothes for myself 20-22, clothes for my children 4-5 and 12-18 months and highchair xx

Hi thank you so much for the help , I am a disabled young single Mum , my daughter also has additional needs. We are currently in temporary housing with little to no furniture , but have been given the keys to a new home in Gamlingay. I’d be really grateful if anyone could help so kind as to help us with a bed , washing machine & sofa these are the items we desperately need , but would also welcome anything else furniture wise people may no longer need or would be happy to donate. Thank you again for your help , I will do my best to pay it forward when I can. ❤️

So some distressing news.. the page bought an electric oven for a young mum this week.. it’s been delivered today and was supposed to be installed too.. but it’s just been delivered with cellophane wrapping and no leads. Is there anyone that can help me with this ? Thank you !
