I listen carefully to your **wants, concerns and goals**, but that doesn’t mean I will always say *yes*. Sometimes the safest and most professional answer is *no* — and I will always choose what I believe is right for you rather than simply providing a treatment because it has been requested. 🤍

**One treatment does not fit all.** Every face is unique. Your features, proportions and natural expressions are individual to you, and any aesthetic treatment should respect and enhance that individuality — not try to make everyone look the same.

That’s why a **careful, honest and thorough consultation is paramount**. It gives us the opportunity to talk about what you would like to achieve, what is realistically possible, and most importantly, what is safe and appropriate for *you*.

Aesthetics isn't just about performing a treatment. It's about **trust, clinical judgement, honesty and knowing when not to treat**.

Your results don’t just depend on the treatment—they also depend on how you care for your skin afterwards. 💉🤍

✅ DO:
• Stay hydrated 💧
• Keep your skin clean and avoid touching the treated area.
• Wear SPF every day. ☀️
• Follow your aftercare advice.
• Let any small bumps settle naturally.

❌ DON’T:
• Wear makeup for 24 hours.
• Exercise or do anything that makes you sweat heavily for 24 hours.
• Use saunas, steam rooms, or have hot baths for 24–48 hours.
• Drink alcohol for 24 hours.
• Have facials or use active skincare (retinol, AHAs/BHAs) for around 5–7 days.
• Pick, rub, or massage the treated area unless advised by your practitioner.

A little aftercare goes a long way in helping you achieve the best possible results. ✨
