🌿 THE REINVENTION AT THE STUDIO – CM365 OUR OWN SPACE!

After 3.5 years of working from The Studio in Gatley, I’m excited to announce that Conquer Me 365 has officially taken over half of the studio! 🙌

This is a huge step forward for CM365 and something I’ve been working towards for a long time.

So, what does this mean?

🌿 More breathwork, sound healing and wellbeing sessions

🌿 Longer opening hours and NEW daytime sessions

🌿 A high-quality, welcoming space available to hire for your own holistic sessions, workshops and events

🌿 More opportunities to connect, grow and be part of the CM365 community

And plenty more to come!

All existing sessions are continuing as planned, so it’s business as usual while we get everything ready.

Life has its challenges, we all know that. But when you don’t run from them and face them without the use of any vices you find CLARITY. I’m talking from my experience.

Ive learnt a lot since this photo but this photo was a huge turning point in my journey so when I seen it the other day I saved it so I could use it again.

My point of this post really is to share awareness around gratitude for this life we have. We are born into a system that doesn’t really let you see your power.

But if you’re following me you’re most likely a person who is awake and aware to your power and to what life actually is and isn’t on some level.

My message for you is to tune in to that, get clear on the messages coming in and act only in alignment with what you truly want.

When you act from this energy the weight of the world is lifted and your breath flows with ease, today I am grateful for this life and my mission now is to always remember that.

This might make no sense but thats alright 🤣
