and still learning, as we ALL never stop learning, is that I incorporate all of my teachings into personalised sessions for you seeking balance through nutrition, connection to the breath, the energy body , through yoga and through Ayurvedic massage

Many clients that I work with enjoy Ayurvedic massage treatments or our signature 3 hour session that incorporates Ayurvedic consultation to find your unique Dosha, dietry advice, a personalised one to one yoga and breathwork session, Alchemy sound healing session, Marma Abhyanaga and a full reiki energy healing session

What you will receive from the session is a conscious awareness of self, your unique Dosha fully explained and tools to support you afterwards through the breath, through movement ,massage and will take home self care practices

During the session you will be made to feel welcome and comfortable and will be gently guided through movement or yoga that is accessible to your body ( HATHA or restorative ) be guided through breathwork that will help to release tensions and stresses to allow the body to return back to whole sense of balance

You will receive a beautiful Alchemy sound journey to deeply relax, soothe and clear the energy body followed by Marma Abhyanaga in our lovely treatment room and reiki energy healing
