I've just realised something...

I've spent so much time pampering ladies & sharing what products do, that I thought I'd change things up a bit and share products I use and why I use them myself.

Lets start with CREATINE:

This is one of those products I genuinely won't be without!

Since menopause, my oestrogen levels have dropped, and with that comes a faster loss of muscle and bone. That's one of the reasons staying strong has become far more important to me than chasing a number on the scales.

This is the reason that every day, I add 3g of Farmasi Creatine to my chocolate collagen and protein shake. It's become part of my daily routine, just like brushing my teeth. 😁

For me, it's about supporting my strength, helping maintain lean muscle, and giving my brain and body the support they deserve as I get older.
