🚨Don’t be alarmed 🚨

At your next salon visit we will be doing some things slightly different but please don’t be alarmed !

-We will be asking customers to pay directly into the business bank account via online banking.
( most of you have the details already but we will supply them on the day)

-We will be asking for your home address, email and contact number.
(This is for your invoice of services and data will not be shared)

These Changes are due to the new government regulations and our business is now required to be on a new accounting system SAGE.
This information will allow us to link your payments and make my accountants job easier in the long run.
We would also like to reduce payments going through our card reader machine so we can eventually get rid of it ! All machines cost businesses a lot of money to have and take a percentage out of our profits, which in this current economy we could all do without:)

Officially on maternity leave !

I can’t believe I managed to work right up to 38 weeks but I knew it was time, sorry for anyone I have had to cancel along the way, my fingers & toes turned to sausages in this hot weather so I was unable to cut hair 😞

Thank you all once again for being patient and understanding and I can’t wait to see you all on the other side !

Our lovely Gemma will be looking after you all while I am away but soon as I feel ready to start back , you guys know il be there !

After two days of not feeling 100% I believe it’s time to listen to my body and say enough is enough.
I can’t believe I have got to 37-38 weeks of pregnancy and still been able to work full time & long hours but unfortunately no more!
Il still be pottering around & helping Gemma until I pop.
I believe I have contacted everyone booked in, if I haven’t been in contact, it’s because we didn’t need to change or cancel your appointment so turn up as normal:)
Remember our lovely Gemma is taking over bookings from 1st July , she will be working
Wednesdays 10-6pm
Thursday 10-6pm

It’s so scary to say goodbye to the salon but I am very excited to become a mum and start my next venture in life.

I can’t thank everyone enough for presents , money , flowers! Am just so so grateful and appreciative of all my clients! The support has been amazing!

Evening to all my lovely clients,
Just want to update you on a few things going forward.

-You may receive a message requesting your contact number. This is so we have your number on file, if we don’t already and if we are needing to get hold of you for emergency.
Myself & Gemma are the only ones who will have access to this information.

-I know most of you have pre booked appointments well in advance to me going off on maternity but for those looking for an appointment I have a cancellation list at the salon , please drop me a message with any requests and we will always see what we can do.

-Gemma will be holding the fort while I am away , Gemma will be working Wednesdays & Thursday 10am-6pm , she is getting booked up so to avoid disappointment we are pre booking appointments.

-In regards to my maternity… I know people are asking how long I am having off and please appreciate this is a difficult question to answer.
I am hoping to have July & August off and start back to work in September but only working Saturdays & Sundays.
THIS IS NOT GUARANTEED… but this is my thought process. Please note that am sure I am going be overwhelmed with messages to get you all booked in and I won’t be working the longer hours that you are all used to! So we will have to work appointments with myself & Gemma but as always we will do our best to accommodate.
