Award winning local hairdresser Tim Scott-Wright is back in the neighbourhood and this February he will open his very first solo venture – TIM SCOTT-WRIGHT @ THE HAIR SURGERY – in Wollaston, Stourbridge in Worcestershire. After 15 years working under the watchful eyes of two former British Hairdressers of the Year, Tim has now returned to his own stomping ground to go it solo, which is great news

✂️ Education never stops! ✂️
This week, Tash, Chloe and Olivia Grace travelled to London to complete their Essential Skills Cutting Course with celebrity stylist Daniel Grainger.
They had an incredible day learning new cutting techniques, refining their skills and picking up expert tips from one of the industry’s leading educators. Investing in education is so important to us, and we’re proud to support our team in continually developing their craft.
The girls had a fantastic experience and can’t wait to bring everything they’ve learned back into the salon, putting their new skills into practice and creating even more beautiful hair for our clients.

I’m incredibly honoured to have been named a Most Wanted 2026 Community Award Finalist.
Writing this entry has been such a special experience and gave me the opportunity to reflect on why I love what I do. To have that recognised means so much.
A huge thank you to everyone who has supported me along the way, especially my incredible team and all of my wonderful clients.
I’d also like to say a heartfelt thank you to the clients and families who took the time to record testimonials for my entry. Your kind words and support truly meant the world to me, and I’ll always be grateful for the part you played in this journey.
